🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ WARRIOR CROSS COUNTRY HEADED TO REGIONALS! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

The Edgewood Warrior Cross Country program is making history once again! Following an outstanding performance at the District Meet, the Warriors are proud to announce their qualifiers for the 2025 OHSAA Regional Cross Country Meet — to be held at Boardman High School on Saturday, October 25th.

Leading the way for the girls is standout runner Pauline Nuger, who earned her place as a Regional Qualifier after a tremendous showing at Districts. Pauline’s hard work, focus, and determination have been a cornerstone of the girls’ program all season.

On the boys’ side, the Warriors are celebrating a team qualification and will push for a visit to the state tournament for the first time since 2003! Their collective effort and grit have pushed them back into regional contention, solidifying this year as one to remember.

The boys were led by strong District performances from:
Garret Tracy – 4th Place
Carter Cline – 11th Place
Robert Knox – 20th Place
Reece Kovach – 23rd Place
John Cline – 45th Place
Marcus Lebzelter – 49th Place
Elliott Tobie – 62nd Place

Together, this resilient group has shown what true teamwork, discipline, and Warrior pride look like.

Come out and cheer on our athletes as they represent Edgewood on the regional stage and chase their dreams of state qualification!
