OHSAA Winter Sports Meeting – – IF YOU DID NOT ATTEND THE MEETING IN JULY

Please be reminded… In order to begin practice for your prospective sports, you must have the following completed before you can practice.

1. All forms must be completed on Final Forms (Code of Conduct, Concussion, Sudden Cardiac Arrest) https://buckeyeashtabula-oh.finalforms.com/
2. Physicals must be current and a signed copy by the doctor turned in to the Athletic Office 2023-24PPE(English)
